On the one hand, every time an upholstery or fabric is sold, we sign a non-physical contract with you. That contract is a non-verbal commitment in which we guarantee you quality, the characteristics and attributes we promote, and, above all, an increase in peace of mind in your home.
And how can we ensure that these characteristics are met, which are paramount to us? With continuous improvement and learning, enthusiasm, and trust built up over the years with you and other partners.
But it is true that maybe for someone who does not know us, our word is not worth, and for that we have the ISO certificates. Do you remember them? Some time ago we made a post about how these quality certificates work. It is a standard created by the International Organization for Standardization of products, which focuses on guaranteeing minimum quality in different international products. For example, the ISOs that certify the reduction of bacterial and viral activity in our fabrics, after subjecting them to numerous tests and examinations to prove it. There is no greater peace of mind than that of a global body certifying the quality of a product.
Commitment to the environment
On the other hand, we also make this contract at a social and environmental level. Every time our processes are put into operation, and even before, when we decide what kind of materials we are going to use for manufacturing, we are already making decisions and taking responsibility for the impact that this may have.
It’s something in solidarity with the environment, but it’s also personal. We love our children, and we love our planet, we want to continue living on it normally, and therefore we take measures to make our stay on it as comfortable as possible. No matter how much tranquility there may be in our home, if there is no tranquility in nature, it would be of little use.
And that is why we prioritize materials of natural origin for our fabrics, and avoid chemical substances that, although they would make our processes much easier, are harmful to the environment and, in the long run, to the skin. Be careful, by the way, there are well-known brands of mountain clothing and upholstery fabrics that, in order to make their garments waterproof, still actively use PFCs. Don’t just do it for yourself, do it for others.
