As those of you who follow us on Facebook or Instagram will know, we have had a busy third week of April. In Milan we were attending the Milan Design Week, with our friends Divani & Divani, and Natuzzi, a bond that has been bringing us many years of joy, and we were able to enjoy a wonderful stay in Milan with our Italian friends, and to attend different shows, in addition to offering a seat to thousands of people.
The sofa in Piazza DuomoIn the center of Milan, we had the opportunity to create together with them, a sofa of 64 seats, as many as years Divani & Divani. The sofa, named LAKE, was created with Daytona 146 upholstery, one of our Contract collections, which is prepared for the passage of hundreds and even thousands of people.
Our Daytona collection, in addition to the Aquaclean technology that allows easy cleaning, is a “Contract” fabric, it is precisely prepared for inclement weather, and the continuous passage of people. These are our “all-terrain” collections, particularly resistant, and ideal for an event as crowded as the one that takes place in Piazza Duomo. Specially designed to show its face:
Thanks to the express visit, we were also able to attend the Salone del Mobile Milano trade fair, which once again proved to be the most important trade fair in the sector, and one of the most important in the world. The fair took place between April 18 and 23, and gave rise to lots of presentations that once again focused on sustainability, design and technology. Thanks to all this, we were able to get a glimpse of the future of interior design, upholstery, furniture, and even lighting by Euroluce, which had its own separate show on the same dates, and which also showed us advances in lighting technology. If we had to highlight something from the show, it would be the nomadic objects by Louis Vuitton, a collection of furniture launched in 2012 and that has grown year after year to become a collection of 60 pieces. But without a doubt, from this visit, we are left with the opportunity to give a seat to the people who passed by to see some of the shows prepared by the Teatro Arcimboldi in Milan. From the 20th to the 23rd, we were watching musical, theatrical and dance performances, all wrapped up in the wonderful giant LAKE sofa. 7 days of tranquility, company and fun, in a project already called A Misura Duomo. 7 days that have served so that in the city that never stops, you could take a relaxing break signed by Divani & Divani by Natuzzi.Grazie Milano.
