The end of summer is here. Time in which our children go back to school, and we recover in a certain way a “freedom” longed for during all these summer months. Many of us have worked the same way during the summer, and this time of the year helps us to put a little order to our day to day and our lives.
One thing that can happen during the summer is that it can be more difficult to do a thorough cleaning. Yes, you can clean the house weekly, bi-weekly, or even daily (depending on what gets dirty), and still, it is difficult to do a deep cleaning, but now is the best time to do it, and although we can’t help you with the cleaning of the whole house, we can help you with one of the biggest and most important pieces of furniture in the house: the sofa. A brilliant autumnTo clean your sofa with Aquaclean fabric, we make it easy. You’ll need two key tools: a clean cloth and water. With these two tools, you’ll be able to get rid of the vast majority of household stains, so you can spend time on what’s really important. If you want to see examples of stains and how to clean them, you can access our Aquaclean stain gallery. The steps are as follows:Remove the excess product that has formed the stain on the sofa.Apply water to the stain directly or indirectly with a cloth.Press on the stain with kitchen paper, or a microfiber cloth, and rub gently over the fabric in circular motions. Remove any excess moisture that may remain on the fabric, and if some stain remains after step 3, go back to step 2 and repeat.
Although any everyday stain can be cleaned in this way, if you have found a particularly stubborn stain, you can use soap diluted in plenty of water. It is important that it is very diluted so that it does not leave solid remains on the sofa. On the other hand, if your main concern is dust, we recommend using a vacuum cleaner on the fabric. A few passes, a slightly damp cloth, and you’ll quickly get rid of the dust. Thread-by-thread technologyAnd you may ask, how does Aquaclean technology get fabrics clean with just water, and at most some diluted soap? The answer lies in a treatment of our fabrics, which gives it that waterproof capability. Of course, without the use of PFCs, which as you know, are negative for the environment.
Unlike other treatments, instead of being a surface protection on top of the fabric loops, the treatment that is applied, makes it part of the fabric and covers it fiber by fiber. Thanks to this you can forget about washing machines, and enjoy a quieter life, and a deeper cleaning, with much less effort.
Are you going to take advantage of the end of summer and lighten up your life a bit with an Aquaclean fabric?
